Softcure® Is the Reason to Sit on Them
Softcure® is Alstons' own seat cushion technology, and it's the single hardest thing about the Rochelle to judge online. It's designed to feel soft immediately without collapsing over time - the plush feel of a fibre cushion with the recovery of foam. Photographs can't show you that. Two minutes on the sofa will.

Try the Pillow Back, Then Choose Your Seat
The Grand sofa on display is specified with pillow backs - the casual, relaxed option for curling up in front of the TV. Rochelle is also available with standard back cushions and arm bolsters for a neater, more upright, and supportive feel. Our team can guide you through how these changes affect the sofa once you've sat on one in front of you. It's a genuinely different sit, and it's worth deciding in person rather than from a photograph.
Sizing It for Your Room
With the Grand and the 3 seater displayed together, you can judge the difference in scale properly - the gap between the two is easy to underestimate from dimensions alone.
The snuggler is the piece most people don't come in looking for and leave wanting. It's wider than an armchair and narrower than a 2 seater: room enough to sit sideways with your legs up, without giving up the floor space a full sofa takes. If you're furnishing a snug, a bay window or a second reception room, sit in it while you're here.
The Annecy Accent Chair
The Annecy is the accent chair designed to coordinate with the Rochelle, and it's on display alongside the sofas. It's usually specified in a contrasting fabric to lift the whole scheme, and Rochelle's collection includes trend-led weaves, velvets and faux fur scatter cushions to pair with it. Seeing the Annecy next to the sofas is the quickest way to tell whether a combination works. Our team can help you put one together, and you're welcome to take swatches home to check them in your own light.
