Choosing a bed from a photograph is guesswork. Firmness is subjective, mattress descriptions are marketing, and the only reliable test is the one you can't do online: lie down on it for a few minutes and see. Try them side by side, compare firmness properly, and take as long as you need.
That goes double for the Adjust-a-Bed range. An adjustable bed is something you have to operate to understand - how it raises, how it feels at different positions, how the mattress moves with it. Both showrooms have them set up so you can work the handset yourself and find the positions that suit you.
