Having the Grand, the 2 seater and the armchair together is more useful than it sounds. The gap in scale between a Grand and a 2 seater is easy to underestimate from dimensions on a page, and seeing them side by side settles it in about a minute.
If you're furnishing a room rather than replacing a single sofa, you can also work out the combination - a Grand with an armchair, or a pair of 2 seaters - while looking at the actual pieces rather than a floor plan.
Made to Order, in Your Fabric
Alpine is built to order in Britain, so the fabric on the showroom floor is one option among many. Alstons offers a wide selection across the range, with scatter cushion options to coordinate or contrast.
Colour never looks the same on a screen as it does in daylight. Our team can bring out swatches, and you're welcome to take them home to check against your flooring, curtains and the light in the room they'll live in.

Gamlingay carries 35 Alstons pieces across 11 ranges, so Alpine can be compared directly against the alternatives. Charlbury is the traditional option - scroll arms, feather and fibre cushions, brass castors. Rochelle is the contemporary one, with Alstons' Softcure® seat cushions. Both are also on display at our St Ives showroom, so if St Ives is closer you can compare those two there. All built to the same standard by the same manufacturer, so choosing between them is a question of style rather than quality.
