Should you wish to return your goods for any valid reason, you must contact our customer service department for authorisation within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection this collection will be at your expense. Any money, which you have paid, will be refunded within 30 days less collection costs. We must receive your goods in as new conditions with all accessories and components and with original packaging, items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection, will not be collected and a minimum charge of £50 plus VAT will be levied to cover cost of failed collection. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above condition being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that does not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.
AMENDING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 DAY OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We promise to give you a full refund if you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of placing your order with us. After this date we will have in most cases a binding contract with our suppliers to supply or make your product.

Made to order products, such as sofas and beds, which have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds or exchange can be made after 7 days of placing your order unless there is an error on our part regarding the product specification, or the item is found to be faulty.
